Your scientific qualifications is higher a lot more than what the job request, that may cause that you will fell not satisfied towards the work which is a lower level than your experiences and your scientific qualifications. For that the decision of not hiring you in that job and hiring someone ells come for this considerations.
That is how the Egyptian tourist authority answers the complain of Mohamed Abd el-Latif Salem who has 4 scientific qualifications for diving and certified for tarring diving instructors and evaluate them and that after the CDWS (Chamber of Diving and Water Sports) revues him when he apply for technical supervisor inspector job after the advertise for it even he got the highest scientific qualifications on the diving field.
Mohamed Abd El-Latif was wandering from the replay of he’s complain and he says it’s not convicting
And he says, even I owned a small diving center in Dahab Licensed form EGYPTIAN UNDERWATER & LIFESAVING FEDERATION and I have a Tax recorders ID and Business ID number after 6 years from the hard work teaching diving for hundreds, and revising offer to work in Arab countries cause I’m the only one qualified as instructor trainer for very deep water on the middle east form the highest specialized American organization on that field, and after the decision of taken over the diving centers from the Egyptian tourist authority I did request for having license they revues saying there is a decision of the ministry of tourist of not opening a new diving centers. Even my small diving center working since 2003, and all with the governments documents approved. After that I shut down my diving center and I couldn’t have the job on the field which is I love for recovering me from stopping my stopped project without my agreement .
